Fucking dumb list by a dumb asshole whom i just exposed lying about a movie he never watched. Also uses the name Solid list overall to praise himself piece of shit nigga.
Don’t get defensive Cole but I’m glad you brought up “Oldboy.” Here’s why I think “Oldboy” sucks and why it wasn’t even considered for my top 10. 1. Right from the beginning the movie doesn’t make any sense. If someone kidnaps you because they hate you and imprisons you for 15 years they will be putting you on a starvation “Hanoi Hilton” type diet since they would have to pay for your meals and when set free, you would resemble an Auschwitz victim and would not have the strength to beat the crap out of 50 guys that are attacking you with metal pipes and 2x4s with your bare hands while a knife is sticking out of your back. As far as a bullshit fantasy “Oldboy” is good I suppose but I’m not in to it and I know lots of people who think this movie sucks. 2. The imprisoned victim had absolutely no idea whatsoever who could have abducted and imprisoned him after 15 long years and then a hour and a half in to the film we find out about the rich guy’s sister. The plot is too idiotic and preposterous to be a good revenge film like “First Blood” or “7 Days” which are just 2 examples of movies that absolutely blow away “Oldboy.” 3. Cole will not be making an Asian top 10 list after I made mine. It’s obvious that my list will make his look ridiculous. Cole has been bad mouthing me for years but he just can’t back it up with action. I know way more about Asian cinema than Cole does and the proof is my fantastic Asian top 10 list. The point of keeping Oh Daesu captive wasn’t to starve him or break him physically. I mean haha are you really this fucking stupid 🤣
The whole revenge plan depended on keeping him alive long enough for his daughter to grow up so the hypnosis setup could work. The isolation was part of the punishment, sure, but the real revenge was forcing him into incest. He was fed well and even given a TV so he didn’t totally go mad. The captor wanted Oh Daesu fit and screwed on when the grand revenge was unveiled. That was the payoff. That was the point.
This reminds me of how you completely fucked up Efterskalv and tried to brush it off as “I got up for a wee”.
But I’ll give you this. Your retard is entertaining.

Well, it finally showed up. Solid list overall but man you really let your ego steer the wheel here. Leaving out Memories of Murder and Oldboy only because I had em ranked 1 and 2 is about the funniest kind of stubborn 🤣 Had to give the list a 4 for that alone.
Remember back when you used to get all worked up anytime I brought up Asian movies, especially Memories of Murder? I gave you hell over it near everywhere till you finally started digging into them. You’ve come a long way my little retard boy. Kinda proud of you.
Now the next step is learning not to get so defensive anytime somebody throws a little criticism your way like with that fella below asking about Memories… Doesn’t always gotta turn into some dick measure. You would anyway always lose on that.

Nice, I loved Boxers Omen as well. I personally would have Men Behind the Sun slightly higher but good list, I’ll check out the ones on here I haven’t seen yet.
You liked “Hope”, I’m surprised you didn’t include “Silenced”. By the way, have you seen Mother (2009) and Parasite (2019)? I know they’re not part of EUM (yet), but still asking all the same.

The Boxer’s Omen (1983) is absolutely terrible. The rest of this list is okay-ish (for once).
